About the position
Arcus is seeking to hire a BizOps Associate, reporting to the Head of BizOps. This person will be responsible to support executing the strategic and operational initiatives at Arcus. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a high growth start-up and has a basic understanding of corporate finance, operations, and business development.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Operations
Serve as an internal consultant to the business, analyzing and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
Support in the implementation of new business initiatives (e.g. product launch, country expansion, among others)
Manage internal reporting including sales funnel, client tracker, and others
Finance and Investor Relations
Build financial and operational models to inform key decisions
Create quarterly reports for current and potential investors
Business Intelligence
Assist CRO in measuring and publishing monthly progress reports
Assist HR in managing comp structure and monthly progress reports
Assist VP of Product in measuring and publishing monthly progress reports
Assist Finance in measurements and publishing monthly progress reports
Business Development
Lead in the standardization of sales materials for the LatAm and US teams
Support business development team in strategy and research in market expansion efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics. Computer Science, Business, MBA a plus
2+ years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy and operations
Strong financial modeling ability, and proficiency with Excel
Exceptional written and communication skills
Familiarity with online business models, digital payments and financial services a plus
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively & meet deadlines
Fluent in Spanish
