We are looking for a Director of Marketing, a hungry and poised marketing professional that can start part-time and grow into building a full fledge marketing department in one of Latam’s fastest-growing fintechs.

As the Director of Marketing, you will own the marketing strategy, keep it current and see it through to execution. You will execute the work needed to define our target market, develop strategies for optimizing how and where we engage with prospects, how we establish and position our brand, and ensure we move leads into and through the customer journey. All of this with the goal of this assisting our sales teams, as well as our partner channels, with winning new clients, and enabling our client success and product teams to continuously delight and engage our customers. This, with the goal of exceeding volume, transactional, revenue, and profitability goals.

Criteria

Own the company brand building :

Help create company branding
Keep all content in website, internet and Arcus sales presentation consistent

Build inbound marketing strategy:

Work with CEO and external PR firm
Help create company branding
Keep all content in website, internet and Arcus sales presentation consistent Arcus brand and story arc
Write content on the fintech industry in order to establish Arcus as a thought leader

Manage all promotional channels:

Manage linkedin as the primary promotional channel
Actively engage with VCs and clients on social media
Publish monthly newsletter
Seek speaking engagements in Fintech conferences
Create content and distribute thru alternative channels (podcast, guest blogs)
